All membership payments made to Aama Odisha are non-refundable. Once a membership fee is paid, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.
2. Donations and Contributions
- Any voluntary donations made to Aama Odisha are considered final and non-refundable.
- If a technical error results in multiple deductions, please contact us at aamaodisha@gmail.com or call 0674-2536717/18/19 within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the issue and process refunds only in cases of duplicate payments.
3. Event and Program Fees
- If you have paid for an event or program and need to cancel, refunds will be issued only if the event is canceled by us.
- No refunds will be given for participant-initiated cancellations.
4. Payment Disputes
